• Contract: It is a “Pure Contract” arrangement, where the Client can hire the consultant on contract for period of minimum 6 months, this model would give the client an opportunity to have a consultant deployed for short term testing assignments, with immediate availability and productive from day one and low head count.
• Contract to Hire: This model would give the client an opportunity to assess the consultant closely and have the option of employing an expert consultant well versed with the client’s methodologies, process and techniques. Anytime after first 6 months of the contract period, then after the client can hire the consultant with the nominal fees.
• Direct Hire: We have a large pool of qualified consultants with technical, functional as well as techno-functional expertise and implementation experience across technologies, and are available for direct employment. Allowing the client the maximum flexibility in placing consultants, this model helps clients build their team quickly and maintain it in the long run.
