Mr.Shashikant Mohite
Shashikant M the Chairman of SQTL is a visionary with an entrepreneurial spirit and is also the main driving force behind SQTL.
Driving the thrust on IT Training and education, Shashikant perceives the role of SQTL as that of enabling Quality information. Credited with providing momentum to key IT phenomena - within the company as well as in the industry - he has constantly added newer and cutting edge technology skills to the company's portfolio. Under his leadership, several new projects have been undertaken in the companies that have had a lasting impact in spearheading the company wide Quality movement. An absolute stickler for customer focus, he himself spends significant time, personally listening to customers.
Shashikant sensed an emerging opportunity early in Software Testing and today SQTL is poised to exploit this opportunity to offer a richer bouquet to its customers.
Shashikant has a bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
Mr.Satish Javalekar
Mr Satish J, Chief Manager - Programs & Projects, is an Engineering Graduate, with Master's degree in Business Administration and Export Management.
Satish is a visionary and a key person behind SQTL, who has been with the company since its inception and has evolved a major thought into reality.
A strong strategist and innovative thinker, Satish has been instrumental in establishing SQTL as a leading brand in providing Software Testing Services across India.
Carrying more than thirteen years of Business Development, Pre and Solutions Sales experience in varied service offering's into Manufacturing, IT Education, SoftwareTesting, ERP and Web services,Satish has worked as Head Corporate Relations, Technical to Business Correlation Advisor for various projects right from Business Analysis, adoption and implementation.
Mr.K.B.Subramaniam
K.B.Subramaniam is Public Relations and Placement Manager at SQTL.
He started his career with Dhufar Interfarn Ltd (Crooks India Ltd) followed by Biological Evans Ltd as Area Manager. Since 1974 Subramaniam has been an entrepreneur with years of Start-up and early management experience in VenFlo Laboratories Pvt Ltd (Director). In 1991 Subramaniam joined SSI (Aptech) as part of the Start-up Management Team (Mumbai) as senior manager-Business Development.
Currently K.B.Subramaniam is actively involved in Public Relations and Placements at SQTL He has done Msc Physics from Mumbai University. |
