Marketing Support:
1 print ad in prominent publication of that region comes up on monthly basis, usually the 1st week of every month(debit note for the same is raised to the Business Associates, this also goes on reducing as the network expands).

SQTL is an established IT Education and Services Company based in India providing training programs with a thrust on long-term Career Qualifications and the high-end short-term programs in Software Testing. SQTL also has a significant business in the Institutional segment offering learning Solutions to individuals & Corporate.
We are basically a Software Quality Testing Training Company. Our concept invites applications from aspiring Business Associates with Self Starter Attitude/ owns IT Training business, Interest and aptitude in Education, Commitment towards Quality, High personal involvement and Adequate Finance and Space. In our model, if the prospect agrees to enter into an association with us, then he/ she pays the sign-up amount (upfront), raises the premises (may be on lease/ Outright) i.e. the interiors as per our specifications, aligns the resources (technical as well as non technical) on his / her payroll (simultaneously while doing the interiors/ before that), we groom the resources to meet the Industry Standards (so that they are productive right from Day 1), Inaugurates the Centre, Ad floated in the prominent publication in that region, and starts taking the registrations.
The entire collection at the Centre is deposited in our account. We take a royalty to the tune of 25% per registration (i.e. on the gross collection), 75% of the Gross Collection is given back to him as his share and is expected to run the show end-to-end. The end product (i.e. our students basically get absorbed in the IT Industry. So we operate in across the IT Industry, Education Industry (i.e. for creating the professionals required in the IT Industry).
IT industry recruits and prefers employees based on the industry relevant skills, International certifications rather than basic academic degrees like B.E/ B. Tech / B.Sc / MCA. These IT relevant skills and certification programs are available through SQTL training centers.
